1. Cylinder Head Bolts Torque Specification

   

• Total cylinder bolt 10
• Tighten the bolt number as given in the photo
• NM=  (47.1~51) + (88~92 Degree) + (118~122 Degree)
• Kgf =  (4.8~5.2) + (88~92 Degree) + (118~122 Degree)

2. Main Bearing Cap Bolt Torque Specification (2 type)

• Total Main Bearing Bolt 10 ( Long)
• Total Side Bolt                10 ( Short )

Main Bearing Bolts ( Long)

• NM= (22.6~26.5) + ( 90~94 Degree) 
• Kgf = (2.3~2.7)   + (90~94 Degree)    

Side Bolt ( Short)

• NM= ((32.4~36.3) 
• Kgf = ( 3.3~3.7)

3. Connecting Rod Cap Bolt 

• Total 4 Piston 
• One Piston 2 Bolt 
• NM= (12.7) + (87~93 Degree)
• Kgf = (1.3) + (87~93 Degree)
