First Set 1 No. Piston Valve Clearance Then 3No.Piston set Valve Clearance Then 4 No. Piston Set Valve Clearance Then set  2 No. piston Valve Clearance.

Procedure Of Tappet Setting

• No. 1 Piston Tappet Set

 Bring No.1 Piston At TDC. Ensure No.4 Cylinder Valve Rockering Position.

Adjust The Tappet Clearance Of No.1 Cylinder Valve As Per Given Specifications.

• No.3 Piston Tappet Set 

Turn The Engine Further to 180 Degree In the Direction Of The Engine Rotation. Adjust Tappet Of No.3 Cylinder  Valve As per Given Specifications.

• No.4 Piston Tappet Set

Turn The Engine Further to 180 Degree In the Direction Of The Engine Rotation. Adjust Tappet Of No.4 Cylinder  Valve As per Given Specifications.

• No. 2 Piston Tappet Setting

Turn The Engine Further to 180 Degree In the Direction Of The Engine Rotation. Adjust Tappet Of No.2 Cylinder  Valve As per Given Specifications.
