Mahindra New Marazzo M6+ DPF Light
1.DPF Starting To Choke
*आपकी कार का DPF Light "ON " या REGEM Light 'ON'' है. इसका मतलब कार का DPF चोक होना चालू किया है।
- यब इसे दो तरीके से ठीक कर सकते हैं।
*पहिला तरीका :- 60 किमी/घंटा से ऊपर की गति से हाईवे पर (लगभग 30 मिनट) वाहन चलाएं।
चेतावनी दीपक बंद हो जाता है।
* दूसरा तरीका :- (Park Regeneration)
:- कार पार्किंग मै लगाए > handbrake खींचे > कार तटस्थ( Gear neutral position ) रखे > कार चालू रखे > स्टेरिंग व्हील के उप्पर का MENU बटन दबाए > अब स्टेरिंग व्हील के उप्पर का फ्लिप टॉगल को निचे दबाए क्रमित रूप से जब तक डिस्प्ले में Regen Required’ नहीं आ जाता तबतक >
अब डिस्प्ले में Regen Required आया होगा > अब स्टेरिंग व्हील के उप्पर का ओके बटन दबाकर रखें। अब डिस्प्ले में Regen Requested आया होगा > अब Ok बटन छोड़ दीजिये।
अब कार के डिस्प्ले में REGEN STARTED दिखा रहा होगा।
अब कार का एक्सेलेटर बढ़ रहा हैं। इसकी प्रोसेस २०-३० मिनिट तब चलेगी।
अब कार के डिस्प्ले में REGEN COMPLETED दिखा रहा होगा।
* DPF LIGHT 'OFF"
REGEM COMPLATED
2. DPF Almost Fully Choked
*आपकी कार का DPF Light "BLINKING " या REGEM Light 'ON'' है. इसका मतलब कार का DPF चोक (DPF ALMOST FULLY CHOKED ) होने वाला है।
*अगर ये लाइट या रही मतलब आपकी कार पिकअप नहीं ले रही होगी और इंजन की पॉवर काम हो गयी होगी।
- इसे ठीक करने का तरीका (Park Regeneration)
:- कार पार्किंग मै लगाए > handbrake खींचे > कार तटस्थ( Gear neutral position ) रखे > कार चालू रखे > स्टेरिंग व्हील के उप्पर का MENU बटन दबाए > अब स्टेरिंग व्हील के उप्पर का फ्लिप टॉगल को निचे दबाए क्रमित रूप से जब तक डिस्प्ले में Regen Required’ नहीं आ जाता तबतक >

3. DPF Fully Choked
*आपकी कार का DPF Light "BLINKING " या REGEM Light 'ON'' है और (Check Engine ) लाइट आ गयी है तो इसका मतलब कार का DPF चोक (DPF FULLY CHOKED ) हो गया है।
*आपकी कार अभी चालू नहीं होगी। ( Contact nearest Mahindra Workshop )
NOTE :-
Prerequisites & Precautions - (Park Regeneration)
• Park the vehicle in a well ventilated space. Do not carry out this operation inside closed garages.
• Ensure that there are no inflammable material present around and below the vehicle. The tail pipe gases will be hot when Regeneration is in progress.
• In order to avoid burns & any personal injuries, keep away from exhaust system
• The Regeneration Process may take 20-30 mins based on the choking level of the DPF.
• Before performing the regeneration ensure that engine is adequately warmed up & no warning lamps are ON (Engine Check Lamp/OBD lamp)
• Ensure that the accelerator, brake & clutch pedal are in released condition during regeneration and are not operated when the regeneration is in progress.
• In case of an emergency wherein the Park Regeneration process needs to be interrupted/aborted, press the Clutch/Brake/Accelerator pedal or turn off the ignition switch. Park regeneration can be resumed from the beginning if the DPF tell-tale is ON/Blinking
• Do not disconnect the battery for at least 20 minutes after the Park Regeneration process
